Customized Session provide the opportunity to explore and address any issues you may be facing. Each session lasts 75 minutes, allowing ample time to discuss a range of topics and ensure that all aspects are addressed. Through multiple sessions, you can gain greater insight into the underlying causes of your conflict and develop effective strategies to resolve it within yourself and when dealing with others. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, and I combine all modalities, so you can be sure that you are getting the most out of your experience. This is a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can discuss any issues you are facing and develop strategies and solutions to reach your desired outcome.
Customized Sessions
Sessions can be rescheduled outside of 72 hours from the date/time of the appointment without penalty. Within 72 hours, the cancellation fee is the full cost of the session.
